Giveaway
I have 3 coupons for 2 -2lb bags of Mahatma Jasmine and Basmati Rice to give away. Who couldn't use a little help with some food in this economy? AND this is GOOD rice! There are also recipes on the coupon and you can visit mahatmarice.com for more recipes. Just leave a comment and I'll randomly choose 3 people to win the coupons on May 21st. I love Jasmine rice! It is the only rice I use (since I was first introduced to it 15 years ago back in Hawaii). I even use it as a "sticky" rice for sushi. My family loves the taste and the way it smells like fresh popped popcorn.

Mmmm jasmine rice. It's sort of sad how much rice we go through over here. Which reminds me I should start some soon for dinner tonight!

My children just love their yellow rice and I saved their recipe Spinach Parmesan Risotto
